STEP 1 - MAKE US A MOVIE
We'd like you to make a short film on your smartphone, no more than 60 seconds long, introducing yourself and answering the questions below (be as creative as you like / can!);
- What will you bring to iD?
- What's been the highlight of your career so far?
- What would a film about your life be called and who'd play you?
Once you're happy with your video, upload it to YouTube and send us the link along with a copy of your CV to jointheteam@idinfo.com. Please ensure the video is set to private.
STEP 2 - SPEED DATING
If your video makes the grade, the next step is speed dating! You'll meet 2 of your would-be colleagues at iD HQ, nothing formal, just a few questions over a cup of tea. This stage is all about checking you're the right personality to be an iD'er - there are no right or wrong answers so just be yourself... and dress to impress!
STEP 3 - THE INTERVIEW
If your 2 dates approve, the next stage is a formal interview where we'll find out all we need to know about your experience, potential and ability to fulfil the role. There'll also be a job specific task to complete which will be briefed to you before the interview. And after that, all being well; welcome to the first day of the rest of your career!
